The Research Team of the Project include:

prof. Jerzy Zajadło

Jerzy Zajadło (Investigator) – lawyer and philosopher, full professor of law (Prof. D.Sc.), professor at the Department of Theory and Philosophy of Law and State of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdańsk, correspondent-member of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences (PAU) and the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). Elected member of the Committee of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences for the 2020-2023 term. He authored over 400 publications in general jurisprudence, philosophy of law, legal ethics, human rights.

Prof. Tomasz T. Koncewicz

Tomasz T. Koncewicz (Investigator) – lawyer, professor of European and Comparative Law (D.Sc.), Head of the Department of European and Comparative Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdańsk. He is the Principal Investigator of the research project H2020 Reconciling Europe with its citizens through the rule of law and democracy (RECONNECT) and an attorney specializing in strategic litigation before European courts.

Tomasz Widłak (Principal Investigator) – lawyer, associate professor (D.Sc.) at the Department of Theory and Philosophy of Law and State, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdańsk. Author of works in legal philosophy, international legal theory, international law, medical law and ethics. In 2017-2019 he was the Principal Investigator of Neo-Kelsenian Theory of International Law – a research project financed by the Polish National Science Centre (2016/23/D/HS5/02613).
